Our philosophy
Growing a tree
that bears the fruit of knowledge.
We believe the digital transition should leave no one behind. Not the entrepreneurs who have no time to keep up, not the employees who struggle to understand what is changing, not the young people looking for a compass in the world of work to come.
Our keynotes spring from this conviction: technological knowledge cannot be a privilege reserved for those who can afford it. That is why every evening is free, open to all. That is why we invite the best national and international speakers. That is why we offer a networking aperitivo at the end of every event.
One seed at a time, we are building a community of people who want to lead change, not be led by it.
How it works
One evening, three acts.

The keynote
Two hours of content with one or more outstanding speakers. No pointless slides, no course-selling: just ideas, data and visions on how technology is reshaping the world.

The Q&A
Every keynote includes an open Q&A session for all attendees. The stage is not a pedestal: it is a meeting point between those who know and those who want to know.

The aperitivo
At the end of every evening the Foundation hosts a networking aperitivo for all attendees. Because the most important conversations often begin away from the stage.
