Fondazione Innovation Bridge ETS was founded on 31 July 2024 in Frosinone with a precise purpose: to build a bridge between technology and people — and to do so starting from the local territory.
Our mission
We bring people, businesses and territories closer to technology.
Innovation Bridge is a Third Sector foundation. We are non-profit: our goal is to promote the spread of technological culture and artificial intelligence, transforming digital transformation from a perceived threat into a concrete opportunity.
We do this every day through open and free events, practical training for businesses, and journeys to the places where the future is being built. Because in a connected world, geographical boundaries are no longer a barrier: any territory — even one that seems far from the great centres of innovation — can be a protagonist of the technological revolution, not merely a spectator.
We support the birth and growth of new businesses through mentorship programmes, we create networks across generations, sectors and institutions — and every day we build the virtuous supply chain that drives local development.

The first bridge
Between those who decide today and those who will live tomorrow.
The «differently young»
Entrepreneurs, managers, professionals and decision-makers who have the power to invest, choose and steer. Technology has often overtaken them without anyone waiting. Innovation Bridge is the place to catch up — without embarrassment, with method.
Young people
University students, recent graduates and under-30s who represent the future in every sense — but who too often remain outside the rooms where decisions are made. That is why our international delegations always include young people alongside entrepreneurs.
This bridge creates value in both directions: decision-makers bring resources and context, young people bring fresh perspectives and courage. True innovation always emerges from this cross-pollination.

6–8 events per year, free and open to all. International voices in technological transformation brought to Italian audiences, in accessible venues. No ticket, no selection: knowledge cannot be a privilege.

Opportunity, not fear
Technological change is something to lead, not to endure. We never use alarmist tones: every transformation carries within it an opportunity. Our work is to make it visible and accessible.
Glocal thinking
Geographical boundaries are no longer a barrier. We operate from Frosinone with an international vision: we bring the territory to the world and bring home what we learn. Every journey enriches those who stayed behind.
The value of the bridge
We are a point of connection between people, businesses and institutions. True innovation is born from the cross-pollination of different experiences, generations and sectors: this is the meaning of our name.
Open knowledge
Technological culture must not be a privilege. Our keynotes are free and open to all. We believe that access to knowledge is the first step towards a fair and inclusive digital transition.
Concreteness and numbers
We speak with data, participants and verifiable results. Never unsubstantiated claims. Every activity produces measurable data: it is the only way to build trust over time — with members, with the territory, with institutions.
Institutional responsibility
We are a Third Sector Entity. Acting ethically and transparently is not an option — it is a responsibility that derives from our legal nature and from the trust that members, partners and the territory place in us every day.
The manifesto
Why we exist.
We live in a moment when technology is transforming every aspect of our lives: the way we work, communicate, decide, care for ourselves, and move around. Yet too often the debate about these changes takes place in closed circles, far from the people and businesses that are affected by them without having chosen them.
Fondazione Innovation Bridge was created to change this. We believe that the decisions we make today about artificial intelligence, digital transformation and technological innovation will shape the world we live in tomorrow. And we believe these decisions must be made with awareness — not out of inertia, not out of fear, not out of fashion.
We believe that the territory — even one that seems peripheral — has every right to be a protagonist in this story. Frosinone, Ciociaria, inland Italy are not destined to watch from afar what happens in San Francisco, Shenzhen or Berlin. They can learn, connect, participate. Innovation Bridge exists to prove this every day.
That is why we organise keynotes open to all. That is why we take delegations of entrepreneurs — accompanied by university students — to the factories of the future and the offices of the companies reshaping the world. That is why we create networking spaces where different generations meet, challenge and cross-pollinate each other.
We are not an academy, not a trade association, not a trade fair. We are a bridge: between those who know and those who want to understand, between the territory and the world, between those who decide today and those who will live tomorrow. Between technology and people.
